Choose models
Use the published SKU, hose length and product dimensions for an initial shortlist. Ask for model-specific connection, mounting or operating details when needed.
Compare products
List the exact models being compared and the requirement that decides between them. Keep water reels, air reels and spray accessories separate.
Branding and packaging
Describe logo placement, colour direction, packaging format and label or manual language. Feasibility and terms are confirmed for the selected models.
Packing and delivery
Provide destination, estimated quantities and required receiving date. Request actual carton sizes, units per carton and weights; bare-product dimensions are not shipping dimensions.
Samples and documents
Identify the model and configuration for sample review, plus any target-market testing or document requirements. Scope, availability, sample terms and timing are confirmed together.

Products and sample orders are quoted individually according to your requirements. Send your selected FDWB, FDAB or FDSG models, quantity and destination through the contact form. Add packaging, document or timing requirements if known.
OEM/ODM requests can be collected with model name, housing color direction, logo placement, label language, carton preference, manual language, quantity, and market details for quotation review.
Orders are typically for 1,000 units or more. Please confirm the quantity for your selected models and customization requirements. A 70% deposit is required. The remaining 30% must be paid in full before dispatch.
Samples are quoted individually and charged. The sample fee is credited against the order payment as specified in each formal quotation. The eligible order, model and quantity scope, credit timing and treatment of shipping charges are specified in each formal quotation. Certification, testing and document requirements can be discussed for your target market and selected products. The scope, availability, cost and timing are confirmed during quotation.
Goods are typically ready in around 35–45 calendar days. The schedule and its starting conditions are stated in each formal quotation; shipping transit time is separate. Quotation validity and Incoterms 2020 trade terms, including the named place or port, freight and shipment arrangements, are specified in each formal quotation.
