This notice explains how information is handled on yrvenok.com, which uses the Yrvenok brand. For website privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected]. Our business contact details are available on the Contact page.
Information you choose to provide
When you contact us by email or use an enabled enquiry form, you may provide your name, company, email address, country or region, enquiry topic, and message. Please share only information needed for your product or business enquiry. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, or sensitive personal information through the enquiry form.
How enquiries are handled
We use enquiry information to understand your requirements, respond to questions, discuss specifications or quotations, and provide requested support. An enabled website enquiry form stores a private record in WordPress and sends a notification to our business inbox at [email protected] through Alibaba Mail. The record is not published as a public post. A notification failure does not automatically delete a saved enquiry.
The online form may be unavailable while site checks are in progress. You can still contact the published business email address. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or create an order.
Technical information and service providers
Hosting, content-delivery, email, and security services may process technical information such as an IP address, requested URL, time of access, browser information, and error or security events to deliver and protect the website. The website uses Cloudflare delivery and protection, WordPress security tools, and Alibaba Mail for business email. The delivered pages also include a Cloudflare performance beacon, which reports website performance measurements such as page-load timing and layout stability. The enquiry handler also uses short-lived anti-abuse checks and request tokens.
Information needed to operate the website or answer an enquiry may be accessible to authorised business staff and the service providers supporting those functions. Their processing locations may differ from your country. Please contact us before sending information that requires a specific handling or location restriction.
Maps, external links and analytics
The Contact page includes Google Maps. Loading or using that map may send technical information to Google and is subject to Google’s privacy and cookie practices. Following a social-media or other external link takes you to a separate service with its own policies.
Google Analytics is optional on this website. Its tag is not loaded and no Google Analytics measurement is sent until you choose Allow in the Google Analytics notice. Choosing Reject does not prevent you from browsing the catalogue or sending an enquiry. Cloudflare performance monitoring and the Google Maps service described above are separate from this optional Google Analytics choice.
If you allow Google Analytics, Google processes page-use and session information, browser/device information, and interactions such as opening a contact route or completing an enquiry. Analytics requests use the public page address without enquiry tokens or unrelated URL parameters. We do not send enquiry names, email addresses, company names, telephone numbers or message text as Analytics event data. Advertising consent remains denied, Google Signals and advertising-personalization features are disabled, and automatic enhanced measurement is off.
Your Google Analytics choice is stored in this browser for 180 days. Permitted first-party Analytics cookies are configured to expire within 180 days without extending their expiry on each visit. You can review or withdraw your choice using Change analytics preference below; withdrawal stops future optional measurement and removes this website’s Analytics cookies. This does not delete data already processed by Google, or control cookies belonging to Google Maps or other separate services. A supported Global Privacy Control signal keeps optional Google Analytics off. For more about Google’s processing, see Google’s Privacy Policy.
Retention, access and requests
Enquiry records and email correspondence are used for the enquiry, relevant follow-up, and any resulting business relationship. Retention needs depend on the request, outstanding support, and applicable record-keeping obligations; this notice does not promise a fixed automatic deletion period. Backup copies can remain until their applicable backup cycle expires.
To ask about information you provided, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email [email protected]. Please identify the enquiry without sending unnecessary sensitive information. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information. Rights and any limits to them depend on applicable law; you may also contact the relevant supervisory authority where that right applies.
Updates
We will update this notice when the site’s information-handling practices materially change. The date above identifies this version.
Enquiry source and follow-up records
When you choose catalogue, product or enquiry links, or use a product search and its result-page links, non-unique page and source labels may be carried between these steps. Search terms are not included in these source labels. If you submit an enquiry, we may save the available entry page, linked model, reported source and medium, and a recognised campaign code with your private enquiry record. Unrecognised campaign values, raw referring URLs and personal query values are not included in this context. These labels are browser-reported and are not proof of customer identity or a complete browsing history.
This enquiry-context feature adds no cookies, browser storage or analytics calls. Your Google Analytics choice remains separate. Authorised staff may record qualification decisions, follow-up dates and private notes to handle your enquiry; saving those records does not automatically send follow-up messages.
Google Analytics preference
Google Analytics is off unless you choose to allow it.
Temporary model comparison and enquiry lists
When you choose models, this tab may keep only model identifiers, quantities, comparison selections and a public catalogue version in session storage. The list expires 30 minutes after your last list change; expired entries are removed when the tool next checks them. No name, email or enquiry message is included. Invalid quantity text stays on the current page only; if the list is reopened, the affected row requires review rather than restoring that text. The list can be cleared at any time; closing the tab or browser restrictions may remove it. It does not sync across devices or require an account. If storage is unavailable, the list remains on the current page only.
Preparing a new enquiry sends the chosen model rows to the contact page to display an editable form. It does not save an enquiry record or send an email; that happens only when you submit the enquiry form. Importing a list into an open form changes only model rows after your review, not your contact details or message. Your optional analytics choice remains separate.
Enquiry details, recovery and review
We use your name, company, email, country or region, topic and message to respond to your enquiry. You may also provide selected models and quantities, buying purpose, sample, customization, document and timing requirements. Requested options are not confirmations of availability, certification or delivery.
Enquiries are stored as private WordPress records and may be included in a notification to our bound business mailbox, [email protected]. Authorized operators can review them and record follow-up, contact restrictions and actual quotation, sample or order references. A reference being recorded is not verification of payment or delivery.
Your form details remain in the open page while you edit or resolve an error. We do not create a permanent personal-data draft in browser storage. An essential session cookie, yrvenok_rfq_request, keeps only a signed random enquiry identity so retries and Back or Reload do not silently start another enquiry; it contains no name, company, email, message or quantity. This is separate from optional analytics. When enabled on the Fluent enquiry form, the essential session cookie yrvenok_fluent_intent_v1 keeps a signed random request identifier and validation information so the same enquiry can be recognized during retries or navigation; it contains no name, company, email, message or quantity. It is configured as a host-only cookie with Path /, Secure on HTTPS, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax protections, and session-only expiry rather than a persistent expiry. It is separate from optional Google Analytics; declining analytics does not prevent an enquiry. A rejected native submission may safely redisplay the provided details in its response. Reloading or closing the page may lose an unsent draft; do not enter passwords, payment credentials or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Random signed request identifiers and a protected fingerprint link an accepted submission to its record so retries do not create duplicate enquiries. This minimal request mapping is retained for duplicate-request protection and reviewed together with the related enquiry during authorized retention or deletion handling; it is not automatically released when a display receipt expires. Display receipt links expire after ten minutes; expiry does not mean that the enquiry was not saved. A saved record and an attempted or transport-accepted email notification are separate states.
Private operator review history is bounded to the most recent twenty changes. Operational exports exclude direct contact details, enquiry messages and private notes, but include internal record identifiers and selected model information; they are not irreversible anonymization and should not be published. Optional analytics remains separate from enquiry processing, and rejecting it does not prevent an enquiry.
For correction, a contact restriction or a data-removal request, contact [email protected]. We must check the relevant private records, request mappings, review history, mailbox, retained backups and any downloaded exports rather than claiming that a single WordPress action removes every copy. This form does not accept file uploads; ask us how to share required documents securely.
